If you want to return a package, please go to www.cufflinksworld.com , sign in and press on refund. Please also email us on info@cufflinksworld.com to inform us of your request, within 14 days of receipt.
All returned items must be received by us in its original condition and packaging, within 14 days of notifying us.
Acceptance of returns is at our discretion if:
All refunds will be processed immediately upon us receiving the item and inspection of the package.
The buyer will be responsible for incurring any postage charges to send an item back to us.
A deduction may be made if a Payment Service Provider fails to refund the processing fees for the transaction.
