All orders are usually despatched within one working day of them being placed [except custom and personalised items which will take longer].

Our store will send you emails (from info@cufflinksworld.com) to let you know when your order has been picked and shipped.

All our packages are sent out via Royal Mail around 1500hrs Monday to Friday. Please see below for your shipping options:

1st Class Delivery - £4.45     [Free if order value over £35]  
Time Scale: Estimated 2-4 working days including Saturday

1st Class Recorded - £5.60   [£1.50 if order value between £35.01 and £65; Free if order value over £65]
Time Scale: Estimated 1-2 working days including Saturday (Will need to be signed for).

Special Delivery (by 1pm next day) - £8.50 If ordered by 3pm  [£4.55 if order value over £65]
Time Scale: Next working day delivery excluding Saturday (will need to be signed for)

Special Delivery (Saturday) - £12.50 If ordered by 2pm Friday [£8.55 if order value over £65]
Time Scale: Saturday delivery (will need to be signed for)

Bulk/trade/corporate orders where discount is applied - delivery charges will be subject to quotation along with packaging options.

Any Customs/VAT charges or delays are the responsibility of the customer/recipient.

RETURNS

Our products have a 7 day money back guarantee (unused) - exceptions shown below.

If you want to return a package, please go to www.cufflinksworld.com , sign in and press on refund. Please also email us on info@cufflinksworld.com to inform us of your request, within 14 days of receipt.

All returned items must be received by us in its original condition and packaging, within 14 days of notifying us.

Acceptance of returns is at our discretion if:

• The product / products are damaged by the customer.
• The product / products show signs of use (or are our whistle cufflinks).
  
• The product has been custom ordered for you.
• The product is engraved.
• You have ordered three or more of the same item.

All refunds will be processed immediately upon us receiving the item and inspection of the package.

The buyer will be responsible for incurring any postage charges to send an item back to us.

A deduction may be made if a Payment Service Provider fails to refund the processing fees for the transaction.

COUPON CODES

Please note that only one Coupon Code may be used for each order placed, and only if the coupon is still valid at the date the order is placed and paid for. Some Coupon Codes only apply to specific products, other products in your cart will be charged at full price.

NEWSLETTERS

All new customers should receive a sample newsletter from us within about six weeks of placing an order. If you decide you don't want to continue to receive these, please use the unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of every newsletter to ensure we don't send you any more. If you would like to sign-up for a newsletter prior to placing an order, please use the form on our contact page.
