For UK customers most orders will be delivered from stock in a nice presentation box within 3 to 5 working days via Royal Mail. For customers outside the UK delivery can take between 3 to 7 working days to be delivered, normally we will ship the order which then depends on time taken by the postal authority in the country shipped to. All packages are sent 1st Class Recorded or for a small surcharge they can be dispatched next day Special Delivery. We carry great stocks of nearly all cufflinks on the site. If you require them urgently and would like to check if we have them please give us a call. All items can be ordered on our secure order page which is fully encrypted.

If you do not like an item purchased from our online store, return it to us within 7 days of the delivery date together with the original packaging and we will either exchange the item or give you a full refund excluding delivery charge. If the free delivery offer has been made use of then we will deduct a nominal postage charge of £1.99 for all undamaged returns. This does not apply to orders of multiple items but a store credit will be issued to be used for future purchases. Majority of orders are shipped same day. Please note that due to the nature of the material Sterling silver item cannot be refunded and you should make sure of your purchase when ordering.

For goods that are damaged or not received with a certain time frame after dispatch we will either exchange them or provide a full refund. Please note that the refund or exchange policy does not apply to engraved items.

Returns policy

* Returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging.
* You are responsible for the cost of returning goods.
* If the goods are returned due to a fault (see warranty), then we will bear the cost of carriage.
* All products have a 7 day money back guarantee from shipping date unless engraved.
* All refunds will be authorised following receipt and inspection of goods at our premises. * Original postage will be deducted from any refund.
* We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the above conditions are not met. * The time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
